The Shrewd Global Dashboard is a personal tab within Microsoft Teams that provides course owners and administrators with a centralized reporting. Users can access organisation-wide analytics, track learner engagement, monitor enrolments and progress, manage settings, and gain valuable insights into overall learning performance.

Overall course activity 

Gain instant visibility into learning activity across your entire organisation. The Overall Course Activity dashboard provides a centralized overview of key learning metrics, including total courses, active students, enrolments, and average learner progress.

A built-in Recent Activity feed keeps administrators informed of the latest course updates and newly added content making it easy to track engagement and monitor the overall learning environment.

List of courses in the organisation

View and manage all courses across your organisation from a single dashboard. The Courses tab provides a searchable and filterable overview of every course, including enrolment numbers, ownership, scheduling details, and course status.

With instant access to course management actions, administrators and educators can quickly monitor active learning programs, review completed courses, and maintain their entire course portfolio directly within Microsoft Teams.

Individual learning progress 

Monitor learner engagement and progress across your organisation from a single dashboard. The Students tab provides a searchable directory of all learners, displaying enrolment counts, average course progress, and key account information at a glance.

User Analytics

Gain deeper visibility into learner engagement and platform adoption. The User Reports tab provides key insights into licence utilisation, active users, login activity, and recent enrolments, helping administrators understand how learners are interacting with training content.

Support learners with multilingual language settings. Shrewd currently supports English, French, Welsh, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Indonesian, with more languages coming soon.
