Important Note: The Course Owner/Admin MUST NOT add the Shrewd LMS app in the same scope — for example, if the app has already been added to a particular Teams or Chat, it cannot be added again in that same Teams or Chat.
We provide a Reports API for course owners who wish to integrate report data with their own systems within their organisation.

This functionality is used to configure when students and course owners receive notifications about course events.
To enable notifications, your organisation must first grant Microsoft permissions. This is required so the system can securely send notifications on behalf of your organisation. Follow the steps below to complete the setup:
Click the “Grant Permission” button.
Complete the Microsoft permission approval process (admin access required).
Once approval is successful, reload the app.
Verify that the “Grant Permission” button is no longer visible.
Proceed to enable notifications.
