Course owners can enable or disable certificates at the course level. When the certificate option is activated, it is automatically issued to learners who complete the course and finish all required learning activities within it.
Owners can create a certificate using the default template or customize it by modifying the background and certificate text to align with their organization’s branding and messaging. This ensures that every issued certificate reflects a consistent and professional standard.
Once all required activities are marked as completed, the system instantly generates a professionally formatted PDF certificate. The certificate becomes immediately available within the LMS for learners to download. In addition, course owners can access and download issued certificates for individual students directly from the platform.
Activating certificates in Shrewd LMS is straightforward and requires only a few steps.
